Printing Barcode Labels

Print price labels and barcode stickers for your products directly from Stockenzo.

  1. Go to Products → Print Labels
  2. 2Select products
Search for and add the products you want labels for. Set the quantity of labels per product.
  3. Choose label size / template
Select from your configured label templates. If none exist, go to Settings → Barcode Settings first to create a template.
  4. Print
The labels open in a print-ready format. Send to your label printer or regular printer.

Configuring Label Templates

Go to Settings → Barcode Settings → Add Setting. Configure:

  • Label name — for your reference (e.g. "Small Price Tag", "Shelf Label")
  • Barcode type — Code128, Code39, QR Code, EAN-13, etc.
  • Label dimensions — width and height in mm
  • Fields to print — product name, price, barcode, business name, SKU
  • Font size and layout — adjust for readability

Custom Labels

Beyond standard price labels, you can create custom label formats with specific fields, text, and layouts. Go to Products → Custom Labels to design labels with any combination of product fields.

Scanning Barcodes at POS

Connect a USB barcode scanner (most standard scanners work as keyboard input devices — plug in and scan). At the POS screen, click the product search field and scan the barcode. The product is instantly found and added to the cart. No special driver needed for most scanners.
