Featured Products

Configure a product grid on the POS screen for your fastest-selling or most common items. Instead of searching every time, staff can just tap the product tile.

Go to Settings → POS Settings → Featured Products. Select which products to show, set their display order, and optionally assign a category filter. Products can also have custom images for the grid.

Customer Display Screen

If you have a customer-facing monitor at your checkout, connect it to display the cart in real time as items are added. The customer sees each product, price, discounts, and the running total. Go to Sales → Customer Display and open the URL on the second screen's browser. It syncs automatically with the POS.

Selling Services

Stockenzo handles service-based businesses as well as product-based ones. To sell a service:

  • Create the service as a product with "No stock tracking" enabled
  • Set the selling price (your service rate)
  • No stock is ever deducted for service items

Services appear on invoices alongside products. You can track service revenue separately in reports by using a "Services" category.

Increasing Recent Transactions Limit

The POS screen shows a list of recent transactions (useful for quickly finding and editing a sale just made). By default it shows the last 10. This can be increased under Settings → POS Settings → Recent Transaction Limit. Note: a higher limit may slow down the POS screen slightly on older hardware.

Unit Price Display in Product Suggestions

When searching for a product at POS, the suggestion dropdown can optionally show the unit selling price. Enable this under Settings → POS Settings → Show Product Unit Price in Suggestion. This helps staff quickly verify prices while searching without opening the product details.
