Use Stock Transfer to move products from one of your business locations to another — for example, from your main warehouse to a retail branch.

Creating a Stock Transfer

  1. Go to Stock Transfer → Add Transfer
  2. 2Select Source Location
Where the stock is coming FROM (e.g. Main Warehouse).
  3. Select Destination Location
Where the stock is going TO (e.g. City Branch).
  4. Add products and quantities
The system shows current available stock at the source location. You cannot transfer more than what's available.
  5. Add transfer notes (optional)
e.g. vehicle number, driver name, or reason for transfer.
  6. Save
Stock is immediately deducted from the source and added to the destination. A transfer document is generated for your records.
Stock transfers are immediate and cannot be reversed once saved. Double-check quantities before confirming. If a transfer was made in error, you'll need to create a return transfer (reverse transfer) manually.
