Stockenzo supports multiple business locations — whether you have several shops, a main store plus a warehouse, or different counters. Each location can have its own stock, invoice numbering, tax settings, and assigned staff.

Adding a New Location

  1. Go to Settings → Business Locations
  2. Click "Add Location"
  3. 3Enter location details:
Name (e.g. "Main Store", "Warehouse", "Branch 2"), mobile number, email, address, and landmark/city.
  4. Configure location-specific settings:
Invoice scheme prefix (e.g. MS-001 for Main Store), default payment accounts, tax settings, and POS screen customization.
  5. Save the location
It becomes immediately available to assign to users and products.

Per-Location Features

  • ? Separate Stock — Each location tracks its own inventory independently
  • ? Invoice Prefix — Different invoice number series per location (e.g. SH1-001, WH-001)
  • ? Payment Accounts — Map each location to its own bank account
  • ? Staff Assignment — Users are assigned to specific locations and can only sell from those
  • ? Location Reports — Filter all reports by location for per-branch performance
  • ? Stock Transfer — Move stock between locations using the transfer feature

Assigning Users to a Location

When adding or editing a user (Users → Edit User), set which locations they have access to. A cashier should typically be restricted to one location. Admins and managers can have multi-location access.

When a user logs in and has access to multiple locations, they'll be asked to select which location they're working from at the start of their session.
