Stockenzo includes a built-in loyalty program. Customers earn points on every purchase and can redeem them for discounts on future orders.
Enabling the Loyalty Program
Go to Settings → Business Settings → Reward Points and enable the feature. Set the earn rate (e.g. 1 point per $1 spent) and the redeem rate (e.g. 100 points = $1 discount).
How Points Work

| Customer wants to redeem points | At POS checkout, select their account — their point balance appears. Choose to redeem some or all points as a discount. |
| Sale is returned/refunded | Points earned on that sale are deducted from their balance |
Loyalty Cards
You can issue physical loyalty cards linked to a customer's account. Generate and print loyalty cards from Contacts → Loyalty Cards. The card has a unique barcode/ID that can be scanned at POS to instantly look up the customer and their points balance.
Loyalty points only accrue when a customer is selected on the sale. Walk-in Customer (anonymous) sales do not earn points. Always select or add the customer at POS to ensure their points are tracked.
